Abstract

Palmar Psoriasis is a chronic variant of Psoriasis that characteristically affects the skin of Palms. Kitibh kushtha is explained in our Samhitas under the Kshudra Kushtha. As it has more chances of recurrence, the complex and multifactorial pathologies of Psoriasis need multidimensional treatment. The treatment explained by Acharyas in Ayurveda includes Abhyantar Chikitsa, Bahya Chikitsa, and Local Applications to break the pathogenesis of Kushtha. It gives promising results and hasn’t shown any recurrence.
