Abstract

Internet addiction Disorder (IAD) has been described as an emerging psychiatric disorder. It has become a major public health issue worldwide and is closely linked to psychiatric disorders and suicide. Ayurved is a holistic science that provides prevention and curation in physical psychological domains. In this review article the efforts have been made to find solutions over IAD in the Ayurvedic way. The present study aimed to review the Internet Addiction Disorder and its Ayurvedic treatment strategies. Ayurved is a holistic science that provides prevention and curation in physio psychological domains. With the help of Ayurveda treatment strategies, we can stop the world from getting addicted to the IAD and its harmful consequences over health.
