Abstract

For thousands of years, humanity has relied on Ayurveda, or the science of life. It provides a multifaceted strategy for health and wellness that emphasizes the harmony of the body, mind, and spirit. Similarly, saint Samarth Ramdas's spiritual work Dasbodh from the 17th century offers helpful advice for achieving inner harmony and spiritual development. Literature is a gold mine of knowledge, and its teachings closely correspond to those of Ayurveda.

Ayurveda's central tenet of maintaining a balanced lifestyle is emphasized by Dasbodh. It encourages people to live a disciplined life with an emphasis on healthy eating, consistent exercise, and meditation. These teachings align with Ayurvedic wellness practices, which promote a Healthy diet, frequent exercise, and mental wellness.
